定錐閥可作為蝸輪發電機組旁路端的自由排放閥，也可作為安裝管道中減壓和流量調節控制的閥門。

定錐閥通過手動蝸輪、電動或液動方式帶動擺臂轉動，製動器帶動套筒作直線作動，從而實現閥門的啟閉或節流。

The fixed cone valve can be used as a free discharge valve at the bypass end of the worm gear generator set,

or as a valve for pres­sure reduction and flow regulation control in the installation pipeline.

The fixed cone valve drives the swing arm to rotate by means of manual worm gear, electric or hydraulic,

and the simple brake of the sliding block drives the sleeve to move in a straight line, so that the valve can be opened and closed or throttled.
